225 gr chocolate
225 gr butter
135 gr flour
15 gr cocoa powder
225 gr sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tbs baking soda
1 pinch of salt

– Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie and let cool for a few minutes.
– Stir the flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda in a bowl.
– Whisk the eggs and sugar, then add the chocolate mixture.
– Then add the flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda mixture.
– Pour everything into a tin.
– Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°.
